Location

Casa Carra is a modern holiday rental villa located on the Las Buganvillas complex in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.
Accommodation which sleeps 6 people comprises:- 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.
Both double bedrooms and the lounge benefit from air-conditioning with a floor standing fan in the twin bedroom.
The pool is heated to a minimum of 28 degrees electrically and also by solar panels. Sun-lounge area, built in BBQ and roofed alfresco dining.
Private parking for 1 car with additional parking on complex.
Situated in a peaceful location just a short 15 minute walk from the town centre of Playa Blanca with its sandy beaches, local restaurants, bars and shops.
A handy, well stocked local mini market is located just behind the complex.
The villa's terrace area benefits from all day sun.
The complex of Las Buganvillas has its own tennis/paddle courts.

Also there is a cloakroom toilet and wash basin positioned across from the twin bedroom.

Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca is an ideal holiday destination on the south coast of Lanzarote with fantastic facilities in the area for families and couples alike. The resort has a friendly atmosphere where you can either chill out or be a bit more adventurous.

There are some beautiful beaches and in addition to the town centre the marina boasts a great range of shops and restaurants. There really is something to suit everyone here. Activities to choose from include the beaches, Timanfaya, day trip to Fuerteventura, waterparks, camel rides, water sports, cycling and many more.

Away from the hustle and bustle but near enough if you want it, this is an ideal location to enjoy and explore from.

The area is easily accessible with Arrecife Airport only 40 minutes drive away.

Q: We are hoping not to have to bother with a car and travel from and back to the airport in a taxi. Are there restaurants and shops within walking distance? Thanks Mark

A: Casa Carra is a 15 minute stroll into the shops and restaurants. A car is not essential as it is about 4 euros for a taxi from town centre.

Q: Is there a hairdryer and towels in the villa or do we need to pack them.. Many thanks Richard

A: There are 3 hairdryers.

1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 sunlounger towel per person are supplied.

The washing machine has a 15 minute cycle with no problem to dry clothes outside.
